The Youth Leadership Team is a team of students, selected annually by the Board of Directors, in grades 6-12 who assist in leading an managing the organization. The Board of Directors searches for students from communities across Georgia to lead GCA and multiply our impact.

Applications: In the future, we plan to extend the Youth Leadership Team as we expand GCA into communities across Georgia. Please check our social media for information on applications for the Youth Team. Youth Team members serve until their resignation or until they age out of the leadership program. 

In the event of a vacancy on the Youth Leadership Team, the Board of Directors will post applications for interested candidates. Candidates will complete an interview and be selected by GCA’s Board of Directors.
